Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Little Beasty! While our goal is for every customer to love their purchases from Little Beasty, we understand that isn’t always the case. If you are unhappy with your online purchase, please read our return policy below to make sureå that your items are eligible for return and for further instructions.  


  1. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our return policy has been extended from 15 to 30 days for online orders. 

  2. All returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. 

  3. All returns must be received at our shipping location within 60 days of the original purchase date.


  • Bags in perfect condition (damage-free, scent-free, pet hair-free, deodorant-free, makeup-free, etc.).

  • Regular priced (non-discounted) items with original tags attached & receipt/invoice present.

  • The ONLY exception to the non-discounted item term policy, are items that are purchased with our first time order discount code

  • If your item was purchased using any discount code other than the first time discount code, your return will be denied. Sale items are final sale items.


  • Anything purchased with a coupon code is the final sale. If you use a coupon code on a purchase, you may not return or exchange.*

  • All discounted or sale items are final sale.*

  • All clearance items purchased on are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • We cannot accept a return if an item has been used, washed, damaged, worn, or if the tags are removed.

  • For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept exchanges or returns of facemasks or similar intimate items. These items are final sale and cannot be returned for 


Once we receive your return item(s), it will go through a quality check to ensure it’s in good condition and complies with our refund policy. This can take up to 2 working days.


After the return has been approved, it takes up to 14 working days for the refund to be made to your payment services provider. Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email from us.


Please allow up to 7 working days for your account to be credited. If you do not receive your refund after 7 working days, please contact your payment processor directly for further information.


Refunds will be based on the value of the merchandise as reflected on your invoice. Shipping and handling charges from your initial order will only be refunded if the return is due to a defective or wrong item. The refund will be issued by to your original payment method.


Shipping is not refundable. 


We are unable to make exchanges on your behalf. If you need a different size in an item, please make note of the needed size in the return process.

After your return has been processed, you may use your store credit on our website. No refunds can be issued for returns.

Please note: We will charge a 10% restocking fee taken from the total of the returned items. You will need to pay for applicable shipping charges for items being sent back to you. 


  • You have two (5) days from the day the order was received to report damages to us at

  • Please include pictures of the damages in your original email along with your order number.

  • Items must have the original tags in place to be returned.

  • We will NOT accept any error/damaged items after this 5 day period for return. No exceptions.

  • Damages or manufacturer defects do not include loose strings or threads left from the sewing process. Sometimes this happens as part of the process.


  • Store credit code cannot be shared between customers. 

  • We recommend using a traceable carrier with a tracking number when you ship your return items back to us.

  • Little Beasty is NOT responsible for items lost in transit or items that do not arrive to us or damaged packages.

  • You will not be reimbursed for your return postage.

  • Our inventory changes quickly and we cannot guarantee that an item will still be in stock when you redeem your store credit code.

  • Return trades are final.


If items sent to us do not meet all of the return criteria, they will NOT be accepted or processed. (They can be shipped back at the customer’s expense.)

  2. State in the subject Line your order number and attach a copy of the invoice that was included in your package.

  3. Our customer support will get back to you within 72h with further instructions.


  1. Pack all the returning items with original packaging. Please note the following:

    1. Tags must still be attached.

    2. Items must be unworn or laundered.

    3. Include your invoice. 

  2. Securely attach the shipping label to the package. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer.

  3. Make sure the package is securely sealed.

  4. Take it to an authorized drop-off location and ship.

  5. You will receive an email as soon as we receive your items, and when a refund of either store credit or your exchange is issued.

  6. After we get the items and inspect/process the return, if your return is accepted and meets the above stated policy we will issue you a store credit to the email used to check out in the original purchase or your requested exchange item will be shipped.

    1. If your return does not meet the policy stipulations, we will send you a status update of your return to the email used to check out in the original purchase
